Frequently Asked Questions
*How do I get a quote or book a trailer?
To request a quote or book a trailer, simply fill out the request form that will let us know location, date, type of event, number of days needed and we will reply as quickly as possible. When we move forward with booking, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
*What all is included with a booking?
Booking includes unit rental, delivery within 25 miles, set up, waste disposal, and cleaning. Optional add-ons: Valet service, generator rental, long distance delivery, long-term rental.
*What amenities are included?
High end finishes, private women's and men's stalls (men's stall also has a urinal), Bluetooth sound system, fine hand soaps, flushing toilets, occupancy lighting, exterior lighting, full vanities with running water, full locking doors for privacy, climate control.
*How does the trailer get water and electricity?
All we need is access to power and water within 100 feet. We will hook up the hose and extension cord. If no electricity is available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee.
*Do you offer long-term rentals?
Yes, based on availability. Pricing structure will depend on length of rental and how often services will be provided (cleaning, stocking, pumping). Please reach out to us to discuss specifics.
*What is the cancellation policy?
$250 non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation.
If cancellation occurs:
30+ days before event: full refund of any payments made excluding the deposit
14-29 days before event: 50% of total rental fee is refundable
Less than 14 days before event: no refund given
Weather clause: no refunds due to weather but will work with you in extreme situations when possible
